Outstanding Local Civil Registry Office
KUDOS LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRY!
The City Government of San Carlos’ Local Civil Registry Office bagged the 3rd spot for the Selection of Outstanding Local Civil Registry Office – Super Extra Large Category from the recently concluded 2nd Philippine Identity Summit and 3rd National Convention on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics held in Bacolod City, Philippines.
The award was received by the City’s Local Civil Registrar – Ma’am Lourdes Llamas together with PSA REGION 1 Regional Director Atty. Sheila O. De Guzman.
