Ceremonial Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Center for Disaster Preparedness Foundation, Inc (CDP) and Local Government Units of Pangasinan. The signing of MOU covers the implementation of Scaling Across Integrated Risk Management at Local and National Levels (SAIL Project) with 8 LGUs and 8 pilot barangays of Pangasinan and the Center for Disaster Preparedness Foundation, Inc (CDP). The MOU signing was attended by the Honorable City Vice Mayor Joseres "Bogs" Resuello and CDRRMO representative - Ms. Geraldine Pidlaoan.
